Order Policy:
You can order your desired PC or any kind of computer accessories through www.desktopbd.com
either from the Configuration Menu or Post your Order during the office-working
period (9 AM-7 PM). If you want to configure a PC through Configuration Menu
you should be a registered member of www.desktopbd.com.
When you order a product through Configuration an invoice is generated against
your order, which will send to your mail id. If you are not a registered member
you can still order for a PC or any computer accessories through Post your Order
that mentioned top menu of our site. You can also order for a PC via phone that
mentioned in our site. When you will order for a product via site we will response
you via mail or via phone with in one hour or if you order a PC via phone then we
will response you and give you a quotation via phone within one hour.
Return Policy:
The main cause of returned product is wrong product ordered. Please indicate the
model and make of your system in the appropriate place so that we may research the
product that you ordered and confirm that it is in fact the appropriate product
for your system.
Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days it is under manufacturer warranty, if any exists. Manufacturer's warranties
vary by product category. Some products are not returnable if opened.
You cannot return sealed retail Box. You must return it to the Manufacturer.
We do not charge any restocking fee for damaged (DOA) or wrong product shipment.
However, customer pays the return shipping charge to DesktopBD and DesktopBD
pays for the shipping back to you. All replacements are shipped ground unless other
wise indicated.
Only a 25% restocking fee is charged for the return of wrong product ordered
by the customer. Shipping charge is never refundable. If our shipping cost
is more we will provide you with proof of cost. Shipping and handling fee on all
returns in addition to the 25% restocking fee.
We do not take any product back if the customer physically damages it. Please
notify the shipper and us immediately if you receive damaged merchandise. If visibly
damaged call us and refuse the order. We insure most orders.
If you are not sure of what parts to order for your computer please ask our experienced
sales persons or technical support for help.
Warranty Policy:
The limited warranties applicable
to branded hardware product can be found at www.desktopbd.com. Desktopbd makes no
warranties for service, software, or non-branded product, service, maintenance or
support. Such product, service, maintenance or support is provided by third-party
warranties; the original manufacturer or supplier provides services, maintenance
and support. Desktopbd makes no express warranties or service description in effect
on the date of the invoice, packing slip or acknowledgement. Desktopbd may request
cancellation of third-party-branded software licenses, services, maintenance or
support if desktopbd does not receive payment. If you purchase third-party-branded
product, services, maintenance, or support additional third-party terms and conditions
may apply.
Payment Policy:
1) Corporate Payment
After your work order is finalized you should pay 50% of the total invoice amount.
And the remaining 50% amount will be paid with in 15 days from the delivery date
( account pay cheque pay order, demand draft). And if you are a corporate customer
then you have a credit limit of 100,000.00 BDT.
Payment for the products will be made by Cash, account pay cheque or some other
prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by DesktopBD.
We do not accept credit cards that are issued by foreign banks. Any fraud payment
attempt is usually notified to the concerned law enforcement agencies.
2) Personal payment
All the payment will be made through pay order
in the name of DesktopBD at the time of delivery the product.

Change or Discontinued Product Policy:
DesktopBD continually upgrades and revises its products and prices. DesktopBD may
revise and discontinue products or change prices at any time without prior notice
to customers.
All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package.
Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package
is opened or its seal is broken.
DesktopBD will ship Product that have the functionality
and performance of the Product ordered, but changes between what is shipped and
what is described in a specification sheet or catalog are possible. Parts used in
repairing or servicing Product may be new, equivalent-to-new, or reconditioned.
Service and Support Policy:
Service offerings may vary from Product to Product.
In addition to these terms and conditions, DesktopBD and/or your third-party service
provider may provide such service and support to you in the
Bangladesh
in accordance with the term and conditions located at
www.desktopbd.com or as otherwise delivered to you. DesktopBD and/or your
third-party service provider may at their discretion, revise their general and optional
service and support programs and the terms and conditions that govern them without
prior notice to you. DesktopBD has no obligation to provide service or support until
DesktopBD has received full payment for the Product or service/support contract
you purchased. It is your responsibility to backup all existing data, software,
and programs before receiving services or support (including telephone support).
DesktopBD and/or your third-party service provider will have no liability for loss
or recovery of data, programs or loss of use of system(s) arising out of the services
or support or any act or omission, including negligence, by DesktopBD or your-third-party
service provider. Prior to DesktopBD and/or your third-party service provider providing
service or support, you represent that your system(s) does not contain illegal files
or data. You also represent that you own the copyright or have a license to make
copies to all files on your system and do not have any data that would cause DesktopBD
to be liable for copyright infringement if those files were copied by DesktopBD
or your third-party service provider.
